Hillcrest’s Crown Jewel

This is a very special, all-new, sparkling apartment with vintage charm, high ceilings and the clean modern things we all love to have in a living space. Of our four apartments, this one has extras - a larger kitchen and a full size laundry room, so there is space to stash some things if you need. The family room has a 52" Smart TV and comfy seating, bedroom #2 features a queen-size pull-down Murphy bed, a desk, and full length mirror. We love color and art, and lots of tech conveniences! The space Hillcrest is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Little Rock, and our building is in the most desirable part of Hillcrest! Our guests rave about how fun it is to stay in the area, a few steps from the grocery, shopping, coffee shops, and fabulous restaurants. The parking at our building is on the street, and there is almost always plenty of parking in the area. Please do not park in our driveway, as these are spots that we rent out if available for $5/night, $15/week or $50/month. You can ask if one is available, if it is, you can park up to two car in one spot. Another very important note -- there is space for about three cars in the very front of our building, but DO NOT PARK in the spot nearest the Kroger driveway, which is also the spot closest to our driveway, as big 18-wheelers turn in there and have side-swiped two of our guest's cars in the last year. Also, do not put your wheels in our grass as a solution to the problem. Stay on the street, please. We have caught the trucks on video both times, but we do not want you to have this dreadful experience. Play it safe and DO NOT park in the spot closest to our driveway. Don't worry, though, we have hung signs in front of these spots warning you about the issue. Two more things, we have put a lot of thought and calculations into our pricing, considering our expenses, what you get, the competition, etc. We also offer reduced prices for longer term stays. Please do not ask us to reduce our prices beyond what we already offer. And, we love pets, but due to bad experiences in the past we are firm in our position of not allowing dogs in our units, so no need to ask if we will make an exception. Thanks for understanding and considering our units! Guest access This is just a big, old building that used to be the Pulaski Heights Methodist church. We have a front yard, but no other features other than the apartment itself, and a patio on the east side of the building with a grill that is nice to use in the spring and summer. Other things to note We will have pantry breakfast foods available like cereal, oatmeal and breakfast bars and snacks. We’ll leave a fresh loaf of bread, butter, jelly or jam, and skim milk in the fridge, as well as bottled water and a liter of sparkling water. We aim to please, so let us know if you need anything in particular. If your trash and recycle cans fill up you may empty them into the cans on the outside southwest corner of our building.
