The return of the cassette: studio with mezzanine

Equipped studio with mezzanine bedroom. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Independent entrance and free street parking. Bus in the immediate vicinity for the city center or the Futuroscope. 4 km from the Poitiers Sud exit of the A10. Shops within walking distance and supermarkets 5 and 10 min drive. The space The studio is part of my house but enjoys total independence. Check-in is either in my presence or through a key box. The stairs are steep, which is why I advise against the arrival of young children or PRM. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is independent and check-in can be done at any time thanks to a security key box. Other things to note The entrance to the garden is via a small blue wooden gate to "débarrer" (Poitevin word meaning open) thanks to a latch to lift (which can sometimes look stuck but is not!)
