Curl up with a book by the warm glow of the indoor/outdoor fireplace or soak up the sunshine and spectacular views of Canandaigua Lake, on the front deck. The barn suite is an 850 square foot self-contained unit with living and sleeping space, kitchen, dining area, and a full bath on one floor. An additional 400 square feet of outdoor space awaits, with ample seating and gas fireplace. Private entry. Interior access to catwalk and loft area with amazing views. Hope you enjoy your stay on the Hill ! The Timber Frame Barn is located on 12 treed acres, which provides the privacy for every guest to enjoy the property, and the panoramic lakeviews. Property is accessible only by car. Parking for one vehicle is included in the driveway in front of the barn suite. In the winter months, 4 wheel or all-wheel drive is necessary to navigate the hill. We are high atop the hill.....and we enjoy unobstructed views from the many windows of the barn. We offer incredible sunrises most every day! ; ) We do have curtains at the front of the barn (facing east) in the bedroom area and the dining area. You may see a deer or bunny outside off of the deck, but otherwise you'll be living in the tree tops! Coming this May thru October: Boat rentals on Canandaigua Lake.
