Enjoy a 65"TV w/free unrestricted WiFi w/Starlink, Q bed, desk, full kitchen, mini splits, conv.sofa & patio. Come dive in! The space Hi! Our space is a newly renovated 1 level (4 steps to access), it has a small patio @ entrance w/security door, a sm.table, 2 patio stools & cafe lights (ashtray for smokers-outside only). It's an open concept plan with crispy clean white & grey tones, yet it has a natural feel with green plants. Our full size kitchen is beautifully tiled & has white quartz countertops. It comes fully stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware/Keurig w/pods. The dining area has a small table, stools, an extra lounge seat, a lighted ceiling fan w/remote & lg. window for natural light. We have a 65" smart TV & Starlink Wifi for all your streaming needs, a couch that converts to a double (extra linens provided if requested). The bathroom has a relaxing spa feel, white quartz vanity, tiled backsplash, white tiled walk in shower, sliding glass door & fold down seat. We have provided a large mirror, extra storage, large vanity light, overhead light, heat lamp & exhaust fan, for comfort & functionality. Fresh cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, blow dryer, high end white sheets & extra pillow options included with each stay. Bedroom has a lighted ceiling fan w/remote, a modular clothing unit, desk w/chair, charging station, Sangean bluetooth radio, TV & sitting bench. 2 mini splits were installed for your cooling & heating pleasure, controlled by remote. Washer-$2 quarters/free Dryer/Iron on site. Guest access Guests can pick up the apartment key (from your host on Sundays), or at Bill's Place throughout the rest of the week, MUST BE 21 to enter. (The apartment is in the same parking lot) during business hours Mon-Thurs. 11AM-11PM, Friday 11AM-12PM, Saturday 11AM-12PM, just ask the staff for the key! PLEASE NOTE, Bills Place is now CLOSED on Sundays! Designated parking is in front of the apartment, look for sign. A washer & dryer is available in the basement, key provided in apartment ($2 wash/free dryer). Other things to note Bill’s Place is now CLOSED Sunday’s (must be 21 to enter, no minors). Please notify the host if extra linens & gel topper will need to be supplied for the convertible sofa (will be placed under the TV in the bedroom). This apartment is downtown next to a popular bar, noise is a thing to consider if you are sensitive. No smoking in the apartment, a patio is available for smokers. All weed & paraphernalia must be kept in an airtight container. There is a $250 charge if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
