Bright and on the second floor (there is no elevator), stay in our lovely 2 bed (one is a sofa bed), 1 bath Paris style apartment with kitchen and French balcony. You have access to an in-suite washing machine. There is paid parking available in front of the apartment (free after 9pm). There is a metro a few steps of our appartement to anywhere you want to visit! we are in the 12e area. We don't accept the parties on our appartement. The space A small apartment of about 34 square meters, has everything, kitchen, 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. Steps away from the metro. There are fantastic little shops around the neighborhood, a bakery and cafe within walking distance as well as cozy French bar at the entrance of the house. There is a laundromat very close to the building. Internet access is available, you will find access information in the flat.
