Our luxurious 10 bd, 7 bath 4200+ sq ft cottage accommodates up to 15 guests comfortably, with 2 king sized bed rooms, 2 full beds with 1 twin Kids Bunkbed and 5 queen sized beds in another 4 bedrooms. Compare that to the 5 bd cottages in margaritaville that are less than 2500 sq ft. There are laptop-friendly workspaces if you need to check your emails during your stay and work remotely. Our home is a great place for people who work remotely and want to the enjoy resort life that a work from anywhere lifestyle offers. Our home is one of the few with a large heated pool with SPA over looking the lake with a sunset view that is included as part of the price. It also, has a game room on the second floor. Mobility friendly, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a very large family room/kitchen to ensure all guests can enjoy all the amenities this cottage offers. Upon entering this welcoming three-story cottage, you will find the foyer leading to two queen size bedrooms on either side of the entrance, each with their own bathrooms. Down the hall to the left, you will find the spacious eat-in kitchen, including all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals and frozen concoctions while on vacation. To the left, you can kick your feet up and unwind in the living area after a day of wastin’ away again in Margaritaville or gather for a nice family meal at the large dining table and bar with seating for 10 people. Step out to the private lanai (patio) providing a picturesque atmosphere to enjoy plenty of family, pool & playtime. The lanai includes its own half-bath so there’s no need for wet footprints through the living space when nature calls. All bed rooms have en-suite private baths. The living room has a 75 inch smart TV. All other bedrooms have smart 55 inch TVs. Kick your feet up and unwind in the huge downstairs living room or sit on the balconies and relax and watch the sunset. Use of our home includes heated pool, spa, propane bbq grill, Wifi and free parking. It does not include the amenities of the resort but the the rental companies all charge extra fees for that making our Home a bargain by comparison.
