Well appointed lofted 300 sqft. separate studio with own entrance. Right off bus line and 1.5 miles to Hayward Field. Lovely established Eugene neighborhood within walking distance of a variety of dining, breweries and natural grocery options. Queen bed in loft and comfortable sofa sleeper in main space. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and access to BBQ. Depending on season, lots of fruit to glean. Beehives also on property (the gals keep to themselves and the flowers). The space Well-kept studio in back yard of main house. Main house occupants are quiet and respectful. Studio has plenty of room for four people to hang out and has comfortable sleeping spaces. Please feel free to share our backyard fruits and berries, or to seek privacy in your separate patio space. Kitchen is fully appointed. Ductless air conditioning/heating. Guest access Entrance alongside main house. Guests are welcome to share backyard space or use separate patio space. Other things to note Please be aware that the main bed is in the loft space with a low peak. If you are unable to use the ladder, please tell us before your visit and we can make sure the pull out is set up for you. This home is located in the popular and historic College Hill neighborhood. Walk to the top of the hill for beautiful views of the city, or walk downtown and enjoy Eugene's many eateries and watering holes. Take the bus or walk the little over a mile to the U of O.
