The roof studio of our house is about 50 square meters and very bright, modern and cozy and has sloping roofs. The windows can be darkened. There is an integrated small kitchenette as well as a separate bathroom with shower. The apartment can be reached directly via the stairwell. The roof has recently been refurbished and insulated, so it doesn't get hot even in summer. On the contrary, opening the many windows creates a pleasant climate. The space The apartment is freshly renovated and has been lovingly furnished by us. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen has a stove with oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Crockery, pots, and cutlery are also provided. The bed has a size of 1.60 x 2 m. Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the lockable attic apartment. Access is via a staircase. We live on the ground floor and the 1st floor, and guests do not have access to these areas. You will have the 2nd floor to yourselves. Other things to note We have a Labrador dog guarding the house. She may bark and be happy when you come. However, you will not run into the dog alone.
