Whether you're on a business trip, a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our cozy apartment offers comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay. 🛏️ The property has: * A luxurious and spacious suite bedroom with a private bathroom with bathtub, double bed and balcony. * A bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed, the bedroom overlooks a huge courtyard. * A large and bright Moroccan arabesque living room ideal for 2 or 3 additional people with their bed linen and pillows provided. Flat screen television (all satellites available, Netflix, IPTV) and a huge dining room. * Second independent bathroom with a modern shower and hairdryer on request. * Modern and fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots and utensils you need. * A huge 30 m terrace where you can enjoy barbecues surrounded by your family and friends, with a swing for 3-year-olds. * Wifi: 🛜 100 Mega high-speed fiber optic, perfect for teleworking or relaxing while streaming. * IPTV: 📺 TV with international IPTV with access to channels from around the world (movies, sports, news). * Netflix: for lovers of series and movies. * YouTube▶️ available on TV. * Extra blankets are also available depending on the season. Guest access 🏠 Guests have access to the entire property, without restriction. This includes: All rooms (bedroom(s), living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet) Private outdoor areas (balcony, terrace) The equipment provided (Wi-Fi, TV, appliances, cooking utensils, etc.) Storage (cupboards, chests of drawers) Free and private access to the entrance of the property, not shared with other occupants 🛑 No part of the space is shared: neither with the Host nor with other guests. Other things to note 🕛 Check-in is flexible 🔑 and almost autonomous, you can pick up the key easily without waiting and instantly. Check-in is flexible from 12 p.m. (time to clean the apartment). Please let me know your estimated arrival time in advance to better organize your welcome.
