Loft in Berlin

The Gewerbehof Lehrter Straße, on the corner of Kruppstraße, is centrally located in the middle of Berlin near the main train station directly at Fritz-Schloss-Park with sports fields and a wellness oasis. The spacious loft on the first floor is very quiet, facing away from the street overlooking the countryside and has a balcony. All around live and work likeable people who are mainly involved in art, architecture, design or crafts. The space The loft has a room height of 3.80 meters and is very spacious with a floor space of approx. 120 square meters very spacious. It is bright and sunny, all windows face southeast to Fritz-Schloss-Park. Guest access The floor on which the apartment is located has a total of 265 square meters and access to two stairwells. There is an internal hallway between these two stairwells, to which only the loft, a design office and a sculptor's studio have keys. The users of the design office and studio do not have access to the loft. The sculptor is my husband and we spend time in his studio every now and then, but not regularly. Other things to note Lehrter Straße is very centrally located within the city, but is a rather quiet inner-city residential area. If you want to experience a lot of hustle and bustle and urbanity in Berlin, it is best to travel from here to other districts by public transport or car sharing. For cyclists, a new path has been created parallel to the railway, which can be used to quickly reach the exciting scene in Mitte.
