Quiet street 2 min walk to St-Jean street and 7 min walk to old town (St-John's gate). Not suitable for guests with mobility issues or disabled as bathroom and kitchen are on separate floors and bathtub and toilet are elevated (see photos). You can use our parking pass to the indoor parking garage open 24x7 at the Convention Centre, 4 min walk from the house. The space Note that the apartment is on 2 levels so it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues. The kitchen is on the main level and the bathroom is in the basement. Private entrance on a quiet and safe street, close to all amenities. The ground floor has a kitchen and a large bedroom/living room ( 17'x13') with a Murphy bed and a love seat. The ground floor bedroom has a Murphy bed (queen size) and a sofa bed (loveseat) as well as 60" TV. The basement has a bedroom 16'x12' and a bathroom. The bedroom has a Murphy bed (queen size) and a 50" HD TV. Note that there is no living room but the ground floor bedroom is large enough to be used as both a bedroom and a living room. The private backyard is accessible from the living room. Includes: Washer / Dryer, 2 TV with cable, fast and reliable wireless Internet, towels, soap, dishware, etc.
