Fully equipped high end kitchen, sub zero fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, A/C, standing desk, large dining table, deck, fast WiFi, 60 inch TV, spiral staircase. Guest access The whole space is available for your private use. The property offers wide open green space, mature trees, and plenty of privacy. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch, reading by a sunny window, or exploring nearby attractions, this artsy studio provides the perfect balance of history and comfort. Other things to note Due to the high ceiling it is important to have the ceiling fan on to circulate the air and keep an even temperature. The fan is on, but if you turn it off by mistake, the switch is the lower right one on your left when you leave the place. Patio and Outdoor lights: I recommend leaving the outdoor lights on when you plan to return late. It is dark here. The switch is the top right on your left side as you leave the place. If you use the patio chairs that come with the table please store under the table so the pillows do not get wet if it rains. Cooking and food storage: Please keep frying to the minimum since it is an open space. Please no bacon; the smell is hard to remove. Please store food in containers as we are in the middle of wilderness. Sustainability: Please try to be sustainable with the electricity use and turn of the lights when you leave. Outdoor light and cabinet led lights are ok. Trash and Recycling: Trash and recycling bins are by the garage building in the driveway. Parking: Park at the end of the driveaway. Please do not park on the grass. It is ok to back up on the grass to turn but only on the flat portions.
