At night, I want you to enjoy a quiet chill night in the forest with a dim, modest light. The starry sky, the small hot spring tour, and the deliciousness of the morning vegetables will be memorable. In winter, it is surrounded by many powder snow slopes. Kusatsu, Manza Onsen. Karuizawa Outlet. Nakakaruizawa walk. We also recommend Picchio's various nature tours. Kita-Karuizawa is a base with access to a variety of spots, so you can move around depending on your mood that day. If possible, we recommend staying for a few nights and relaxing as if you were invited to a friend's villa. Spend a relaxing holiday in Kita-Karuizawa, a place you can't experience in a hotel. The space Hutte + has been built for decades, just like many of the surrounding villas, but we have given it a makeover to make it more comfortable and functional for your stay in Kitakaruizawa. It's not a new building, but I think the Lo-Fi charm has a subtle balance. It is a perfect room for enjoying a chill trip and enjoying a free time in touch with nature. The bathroom is completely upcycled, so be sure to use the shower curtain in the bathtub. [Please use it like a bus abroad by the construction company] Guest access Please park in the Hyutte + parking lot using the building entrance and the shoulder of the road facing Hyutte +. Please do not park in the parking lots of other houses. (See photo for explanation) Some of the cupboards are locked because the staff uses them for stock. Please use cleaning tools, etc. as needed. Please do not enter the area under the edge, as important infrastructure such as water, sewage, and gas lines pass through there. Climbing the big rocks in the garden is dangerous, so please do not climb them. Other things to note ○ Japan requires that you submit a guest list of all guests staying with you. The Ministry of Health and Welfare requires that we give the key to those who submit it. Rest assured, we have a duty of confidentiality regarding the personal information we receive. Thank you. ○ No smoking inside or outside Hütte Plus. There are no ashtrays. If cigarette butts are found littered indoors or in the garden, we will charge a fine (10% of the accommodation fee). We recommend smoking in your car using the car's ashtray. If you use a recyclable can or bottle as an ashtray, it will not be collected. Please take them home. ○ The area adjacent to the national park is a treasure trove of untouched nature, plants, animals, and insects. Because there is a villa there, there are many insects, and even with a screen door, there is a limit. If you are not good with insects, please consider your stay. ○ The BBQ stove is a Coleman gas stove. You can use it by reservation. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need it. ◯ We provide an outdoor electric hot plate that can be used on the deck or indoors for free. Please request it if you need it. ○ There has been a BBQ fire at the rental villa. Please be careful when lighting fires. In particular, the BBQ stove does not have a safety device. To turn off the gas, turn the knob firmly until you hear a "click." For safety, please remove the gas pipe from the main unit when you are finished. ○ Please clean the dishes and BBQ used during your stay. ○ Since it is a mountain villa area, it is a drainage of a private infiltration tank. If you wash dishes with oil, the septic tank will break. Wipe off oil with a paper towel, and wash nets, etc. with water and detergent to emulsify the dirty water.
