The property is located about 1 km from the centre. Close to a sports centre and swimming pool. Close to water and nature. There is a TV, but it ONLY has Chromecast and no streaming services. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Note: There is no door between the bedroom and the living room. There is also no door between the second bedroom and the common area.
