Vaccination Card b. Medical Clearance, Negative Antigen (taken within 24 to 48 hours) or RT-PCR test (taken 7 days prior to move in) or c. 14 days Quarantine B.) FOR FOREIGN LESSEES/TENANTS 1) 1 set of original, signed and notarized Contract of Lease - We shall be providing this with tenant's signature. 2) Copy of Passport with Visa as maybe necessary (if from non-ASEAN member countries); 3) Any ONE (1) of the following if employed in the Philippines: a) Alien Employment Permit (AEP); C)Work Permit for (SWP)for short term employment; b) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR); 4) Comply to ONE of the following: a.
