Mountains, lakes, city and more. The special "southern flair" and its location in a unique mountain, forest and lake landscape make Rosenheim one of the most beautiful regions in Germany. In 3 hours you are in Italy at "Lago di Garda" and only 30 minutes you need to the ski and snowboard area "Sudelfeld". The Alps and Lake Chiemsee with the castle of the "Fairy Tale King" offer winter, water sports and recreation of all kinds all year round. Munich or Salzburg can be reached within an hour. The space In this wonderful location, we offer a separate area (no private entrance) in our large single-family home, featuring two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 m x 2 m) and one with two single beds (1 m x 2 m). In addition, there is a small "coffee corner" with Tassimo coffee machine and private fridge with chilled drinks. A private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels complete the stay. When booking two beds, I provide one bedroom as a double room. If both bedrooms are used as single rooms, I charge an additional €20. For our little guests, we have provided various toys (Lego/books). Our large garden, with various seating areas, is also available for our guests to share with us. For the younger guests we can set up a baby bed. I will charge an additional 10 euros for this. Guest access We have created a separate area for our guests in the basement: 1 or 2 guest rooms with their own bathroom, depending on your needs. Also, there is a "coffee corner" in this area with its own refrigerator filled with drinks at humane prices and a Tassimo coffee machine for brewing various hot drinks in between. During your stay Since I live in the house, I am almost always available in person, or else by phone. Other things to note In general, I assume that for two people, a double room will be booked. If both rooms are to be used as single rooms, I will charge an additional 20 euros per night.
