Social distancing must be followed 2. Guests must wear a mask in all common areas ( masks are provided ), including kitchen, walking aisle 3. Guests must put on shoes bags (provided) indoors to keep our place clean from dirt (for those ones who do not want to remove shoes on carpets) 4. Check in & check out timing is strictly followed, check in is after 4pm, check out is before 11am, because we need plenty of time to do deep clean and sanitizer. 5. We are restricting the common areas & facilities use 6. laundry are not provided 7. Kitchen open time is from 6am-8pm only 8. We only allow guests from the same room to use the kitchen at one time. Guests from other rooms should wait them to finish and then use afterwards. 9. Guests must wash their dishes and clean the facilities after use, keep it clean for others. 10. We highly suggest our guests to have their meals in their rooms 11. We do not conduct any house viewing without a confirmed booking from Airbnb, pls do not make the visit because our cohost are not allowed to let you in the house. Pls be assured: 1. All our beddings & towels are washed in 90℃ water to eliminate any virus & germs 2. We do our best to Sundry the beddings & towels when the Sun is out 3. All rooms are aired for at least for 5 hours prior to the next stay 4. All our common area are being cleaned & sanitized using strong bleach and 90% alcohol disinfect spray 5. We leave the windows open with all of our common area to make sure the good air circulation 6. Multi-surface disinfectant, Disposable gloves, Shoes dust bags are provided on request Pls kindly aware, host reserve the full rights on implementing those rules.
