FEMAGIEL-INDEPENDENT APARTMENT FOR 4 PEOPLE

Lovely newly renovated apartment located at the gates of Roero, halfway between the city of Turin (just 20 minutes away), and the rolling hills of the Langhe (Alba is 20 km away), an area of wines and gastronomic specialties. 4 people can comfortably stay, enjoying the peace in the surrounding countryside and the magnificent rural landscapes. With my family, I live in the house next door and we will be happy to welcome and accommodate you to make your stay at Femagiel unforgettable. The space We recently renovated the entire apartment using highly environmentally sustainable systems. For example, you will find a lamp handcrafted by us with wood from construction waste, the staircase and some parts of the mezzanine were an old parquet refurbished, the rods that hold the curtains are bamboo canes... We love the environment and are committed to protecting it. Guest access The apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard/garden where you can smoke. There is a small table and two chairs and, in fine weather, you can safely have lunch, dinner or breakfast. Other things to note During the months of the health emergency, we reluctantly decided to close Femagiel, but in June we reopened the doors. The apartment is completely sanitized with specific products after each check-out; in fact, between one stay and another we allow at least 24 hours to pass in order to ventilate and clean it properly, so as to welcome our guests in complete safety.
