This stunning semi-detached cottage is a wonderful holiday home located right in the heart of the New Forest, 2.6miles away from the coastal market town Lymington and within walking distances to great pubs and the sea. Our 3 bedroom home has off street parking and a gorgeous, spacious kitchen with a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy. There is a large and private garden which has garden furniture for alfresco dinning, and if you're lucky plenty of pears and apples from the orchard. The space Up stairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom which has a cot. All bedrooms have cupboards and draws for you to unpack and get settled in. There is a family bathroom with a shower and bath. Downstairs, the open plan kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need. The dinning table and is great for entertaining. The living space is comprised of two rooms. One a cosy sitting room with sofas and arm chairs in front of the fire and a second room which is a light and sunny garden room with a desk and some comfortable seating. All rooms downstairs have working a woodburner or an open fire place. Off street parking is available and the house can be accessed via the front or the rear. The established garden has seating directly outside the house and if you continue down the garden you will find the orchard with apple and pear trees. There is more garden furniture at the end of the garden with BBQ equipment, although don't blame the tools if you burn the sausages! Cycling is greatly encouraged to explore the surrounding area and there is safe undercover storage for bicycles. Other things to note A cot and a high chair can be provided if required. White goods include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
