A cosy, light room in friendly village home — ideal for walkers, visitors or remote working. Perfect for short or longer stays. A bright space with a warm welcome, perfect if you want quiet, convenience and a place to relax or work. The house is an eclectic former grain store, with access to a well-equipped kitchen, shared living/dining areas and garden. In Ardingly, near Ardingly College, Wakehurst and South of England Showground. Easy access to Sussex, the South Downs, the coast and London. The space Lovely character property - homely and welcoming. We have two double rooms. This cosy double and one larger double room with one double bed and large pull out double day bed with private sink area. Good WIFI and well equipped kitchen which you can use as you would at home. Help yourself to our spices and oils. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow too. The garden is sunny and a lovely place to relax when it's warm. Great base - for Gatwick Airport, The South of England Show-ground, Wakehurst Place, Haywards Heath, Lewes, exploring Sussex, going to London or Brighton. Guest access You will have access to your room, your shower room and the main bathroom (for the toilet and big bath if you fancy one). If you want to use the kitchen to cook you are more than welcome to cook like you would at home or when staying with family and friends. You can use all our oils and lots of herbs and spices too. You can eat in the dining room and are welcome to sit in the garden and relax - when it's warm of course. During your stay If we are here we will welcome you with a cup of tea and show you to your rooms, happy to explain how to find places and tell you about good places to visit. We have a little digital guide with some top tips too. Happy to chat and give you tips or places to visit and eat. Also very happy to leave you in peace.
