We want our guests to have the same comfort, friendship, and discovery we have experienced while abroad. This cozy bungalow has all the amenities for your stay in Edinburgh. You'll have sole access to your shower room/ WC. However, you'll have shared access to the kitchen and patio (8:00 to 22:30). The large covered patio is a lovely space for respite during your stay. The house benefits from underfloor heating. You will find that your double bedroom has a UK king-size bed measuring 150cm wide X 200cm / 5ft X 6ft 6 inch mattress. In your room, you'll find a desk with a chair, a monitor with streaming services, a mobile charger desk lamp, a hair dryer & access to a large mirrored double wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers. Just a few steps away, you'll have your private shower room/WC, which includes a large dual-sided shower, a heated towel rack (October to April) & an anti-fog mirror. We provide towels, robes & slippers for your stay.   **Please remember that our father (Buddy) lives in the Garden Annex and shares the patio and the garage utility space with us. He has his entrance to the patio and his garden annex We have 2 young, friendly, well-trained dogs named Caillagh (Kay-La) and Kami, both Shiba Inus. They usually sleep in our father's Garden Annex house. Caillagh and Kami are very central to our family and would love to welcome you. We hope to see you soon to extend our Celtic custom of warmth and hospitality as we WELCUM ye HAME. Guest access The shared spaces: -Patio & Kitchen are accessible for use until 10 pm each evening. Your private areas: -Shower room, with sink and toilet. -Double bedroom with a wardrobe and Desk with a Monitor We will greet you with a refreshment to welcum ye hame. Please inform us of any dietary requirements. And for the mornings of your stay, we will have fruit, yogurt and granola/ muesli along with juice, coffee or tea , bread & milk- to start you off. No parties or events allowed. Please tidy up after yourself. Please do not use breakable glassware on the patio—plastic dinnerware is available. We also ask that you not wear shoes indoors. The patio is shared by our FATHER and our young canines, Caillagh (Kay-La)& Kami both Japanese Shiba Inu dogs. We will freshen up your space and common areas during your stay unless you specifically request otherwise. Welcum Hame. During your stay We are a social friendly couple and genuinely want you to enjoy your Edinburgh stay. We will gladly recommend various venues, restaurants and places to visit in Edinburgh and Scotland. Our guest(s) should feel free to interact and socialise with us in the common areas of the home or patio. Your own designated - Private double shower room/WC has two shower heads and two hand held showers, two people can comfortably shower together. The double shower Toilet/WC has an anti-fog mirror. We have shower products, bath towels, face cloths, floor mat, feet coverings and bathrobes to assure your comfort during your stay. ** To maintain your comfort, we will freshen the guest's spaces during their stay.
