Farmhouse nestled in the woods in Casalborgone

In the middle of the woods on the hill of Casalborgone you can savor the sounds of its inhabitants. The house is fully furnished: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Outside there is a private garden with a masonry barbecue and an outdoor pool available in the summer months. Nearby you can go horseback riding, hiking by bicycle or on foot, visit the winery, and visit medieval villages. We are professional beekeepers. The space The house is at the complete disposal of guests: we do not accept 2 groups at the same time. On the first floor there are the 4 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor there is the living area and kitchen with 1 bathroom with a shower. The house does not have air conditioning but rather perimeter walls of 50-70 cm: therefore the house is cool even in the summer heat as long as you keep doors and windows closed during the day. Guest access All spaces in the house are at the guests' complete disposal and are not shared, except for the outdoor pool located in a common area just outside the fence of the house 30 meters away, shared with the owners. Other things to note The house is in the woods on the hill: - the last 200 meters of the road leading to the house is unpaved and not suitable for very low sports cars or a Ferrari, but can be used by any other vehicle; - The house is 8 km from Casalborgone and it takes 10 minutes by car; there is another 1.5 km dirt road but it is only accessible on foot. - The house is on the hill, so the road to reach it is not straight but with curves. - The house is in the woods, so it is not served by public transport: the bus stop that connects Casalborgone with the other locations is in the town center. - You do not hear the noise of vehicular traffic but only the peace of the forest and at most the noise of its inhabitants. - Compared to the plains, the hills are cooler and more ventilated in summer and warmer and drier in winter. - The only neighbors of the house are us owners who have lived happily there for more than 10 years; Registration Details IT001060C23BD9AKLC
