The space It is a detached house positioned on a Cul-du-sec road, so no many cars noise. Your room is equipped with a king size bed and a wardrobe with hangers. There are two side chairs for you to seat and enjoy your morning coffee/tea in your room. There will be fresh bedding & towels in your room when you arrive. Your room is comfortable and offers a cozy and relaxing feel. A lovely walking park at the back of the road. If you need to get the laptop out to send a few e-mails you can do safe in the knowledge that the WiFi signal in the room is super speedy! Right next to the bedroom you'll find your exclusive bathroom, you'll also find it stocked with toiletries should you forget any of your own. Co-op supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the house. This property is suitable for UEA students, 2 minutes walk to bus stop to the city Center & 5 minutes walk to Norwich International Airport. If you are travelling for longer period, arrangement can be made for your car to stay for longer. Guest access Guest will have use of the bedroom and private bathroom. Tea & coffee making facilities. Kitchen is available for heating up/preparing simple meals. Dinning room is available for eating. Shared equipped office is available on request. Access to the garden Hot tub is available on request before booking confirmation ONLY. No access during winter. Other things to note I'm fairly easy-going and have just two house rules. No smoking in the house and permission must be asked before bringing anybody into the house.
