Outback 2 Story Accommodation

Our 2 story Outback Shed Accommodation has been built on 60 Acres of private property only 10 kms out on the Ross Highway from the centre of Alice Undertaken by the entrance, walk inside and through to the rear of what you will feel as complete freedom, open living and so much space for the kids to run free There are 2 rooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 rooms and another bathroom on the ground 1 large kitchen, open living with Tv viewing on both levels. 95% occupied over the past 4 yrs The space Absolutely beautiful with fantastic views of the ranges on your back door Capture the Kangaroos and Dingoes sometimes roaming around the accommodation but we all have never felt unsafe even since our children have been raised there for the past 10 years Open living on both levels to enjoy the freedom Sorry but we have not installed any TV's in rooms as for the social aspect outside and having that time to enjoy company Plenty of parking throughout even for large trucks and vans. Parking to be either at the front right hand side of the entrance into the 2 story or at the rear within the loading ramp parking space provided. Sorry but all vehicles are to keep the main driveway entrance clear for vehicle access from the main homestead We have accommodated permanent tenants over the past 4 years and now we are looking at a more casual approach for more visitors to enjoy Guest access Tourism NT can provide all the information as for your self or guided tours and adventures It is a requirement that all guests stay away from the main homestead. The property from the rear of your accommodation to the range is fantastic if you would like to go for a walk We would advise good walking shoes and to stay within the property and please do not attempt to climb any hills especially throughout the summer months
