Regular buses into the city centre roundi the corner. Spacious kitchen diner with bi-fold doors leading onto an oak deck & stunning landscaped family garden including in built sand pit, Wendy house, swing, cargo rope and monkey bars. Underfloor heating can be found in the kitchen diner, a bespoke bar & speakers in the ceiling connected to Sonos. We also have a separate play room with lots of children’s toys. Guest access Friendly neighbourhood with stunning Blaise Castle Estate, Co-op & Tesco local, coffee shops, playgrounds and pubs all walking distance. Other things to note This property is not for parties or any form of antisocial behaviour. We are on great terms with our neighbours and we want to keep it that way. For the above reasons we can only accept family bookings who agree not to play loud music late at night.
