Plenty of outdoor space including 4 decks, and a fenced in yard. Less than three houses down from the beach and 3 houses down from the sound, everything you need is within a easy walking distance of the home. Including places to eat and drink. Located center of the island, it is an easy drive to the aquarium, recreational activities, and shopping plazas. The space House is in the center of the island. Street has private access to the beach and easy access to the sound side where you can find restraunts and stores. All of the above is a 5 minute walk away from the home. Guest access This rental includes the entire house. This consists of 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with two pullout beds. The spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. There are two full bathrooms that will have your basic amenities. The downstairs level has a two car gagrage, yard is completely fenced in, and there is a grill and beach equipment provided for your pleasure. Other things to note Pet friendly rental, with approval. The home is pet friendly we charge a flat fee of $100.00 per pet for a stay. It will be sent to you as a separate charge around the time of your booking or check in. Any pets that are brought without approval or above the amount will be charged $500 or $100 per pet per day whichever is greater. we hate to have to do this but our home has suffered a good amount of damage from people's pets in the past.
