Dedicated shelves in the kitchen pantry, fridge, freezer. Cookware and dishes available in the kitchen. Laundry is located in the home & detergent is provided. Propane grill in the backyard. Yard propane grill, dining table and built in firepit. Community has a pool with hot tub adjacent to mountain views. Within walking distance: Starbucks, Movie Theater, Restaurants, Bank, UPS etc. (Mission Plaza) & hiking trails By car: 10 Min to Thousand Oaks or downtown Camarillo 15 min to PCH or Ventura 30 min to Zuma Beach in Malibu 50 min to Santa Barbara Guest access Full access to the home aside from the other bedrooms.
