Hi, welcome to our home in the west end of Ottawa close to Kanata. We are a short walk to the river and close to Dick Bell park and the Nepean Sailing Club , Andrew Hayden Park, Department of National Defense Carling campus and Shirleys Bay, Wesley Clover Parks and about 8 minutes from the Queensway Carleton Hospital. A short drive to Bayshore Mall and Brittania Beach. Easy access to Carling Ave and the Queensway and Ottawa cycling paths and bus routes. The space We have a modern lower level studio apartment ideal for short visits or longer stays with a well equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and combined living/bedroom area. This is a basement apartment so the ceiling height is lower than normal. Most guests are fine but please be aware. The apartment is very bright and inviting with comfortable furniture and amenities. Enjoy Amazon Prime Video and other apps on the 4K TV and connect your computer and phone to high speed WiFi. Weekly housekeeping is provided for longer stays. Guest access Parking is provided in the driveway with access to the apartment through the carport to the back door entrance. There is a short flight of stairs down ( 7 steps) to the unit .
