GUEST HOUSE AT THE FARM: We welcome you to our establishment, an estate of 1.6 hectares, where we provide you with a fully equipped 70 m2 annex. The farm is located on the heights of the Marne Valley, you will enjoy not only the countryside, but also nearby: the champagne route and its activities, the remains of the Battle of the Marne, tree climbing (5 km), the Devil's Hood (10 km), Reims and Soissons (30 min), Disneyland Park (45 min)... The space The guest house "Le coq et le renard": independent 70 m2 accommodation, single story (one access step). You will enjoy the garden area dedicated to you of more than 2500 m2, fully enclosed and secure, we provide you with: swing, slide and various outdoor games on request (ping pong table, scooters for children...). Refurbished in April 2021, you will have a living room with television, board games and books, an open kitchen furnished and equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, storage, shower rooms and toilet. You can come and visit our animals, donkeys, sheep, goats... Upon arrival you will find on site: - Bed linen (bed made upon arrival) - Towel - baby equipment: highchair, changing mat, bathtub, crib (upon request) On-site option (24 hours' notice before arrival) - continental breakfast €9.90 incl. tax/person: a hot drink, a pastry, bread, a juice of your choice (orange or apple), butter, jam, fruit. Service between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to be booked the day before arrival at the latest - Meals possible on site in a jar from the region: €25/person: starter + main course + dessert. Drinks menu on site (to be determined at the time of booking) Good to know: The price is set in relation to the number of guests, be sure to fill in the fields when booking. NO EXTERNAL PRESENCE other than the guest initially registered on Airbnb is allowed. A damage deposit of €500 per bank loan is required at check-in Check-in and check-out times are not modifiable: check-in between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. // check-out: before 2 p.m. In case of non-compliance with the schedules, our establishment will charge €20 incl. tax per additional hour started. No pets or drones allowed Guest access Gate, garden and private access only for this cottage. We welcome you upon arrival to meet you, show you around your space, answer your requests and hand over the keys.
