Available from July 11 to August 1, 2026 Air-conditioned house of 130 m2 for 8 people, 600 m2 land, 8.3x3m swimming pool, very pleasant garden, terrace, barbecue. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Living room of 38 m2 with open kitchen of 10 m2. No pets. The house is a 5-minute walk from the village of JOUQUES tout commerce, LIDL shopping center 5 minutes by car, Leclerc 10 minutes, crossroads 20 minutes. Linens not provided. Towels provided. Cleaning must be done before departure. The space The house has 4 bedrooms with in each a double bed, living room, dining room, open kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, 2 wc and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a bean coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine. Guest access All parts of the house are accessible except for an office. Other things to note We are located a 5-minute walk from the village of Jouques, in a very quiet area, no neighbors, we are at the gates of the Luberon, but also Marseille, the beach, the Verdon. Jouques is an extremely well-located and beautiful village, a treat for guests.
