The modern highly finished and naturally lit property is situated on the third floor and comprises of a welcoming living area, including a 55-inch flat-screen TV (with digital cable service; 140+ channels - English/Italian stations & with the possibility of screening your Netflix account), combined with a modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The spacious Veneta Cucine kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric kettle, Moka espresso coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, tableware, and kitchen utensils. Filtered potable water is also available, saving guests the trouble of having to buy and carry bottled water. The double bedroom with comfortable Dorelan bedding includes a large wardrobe with inbuilt chest of drawers and long mirror, and a desk with a vanity mirror. A hair-dryer is also available. Also, this property boasts a full-size comfortable (memory foam) sofa-bed in the eventuality of more than 2 guests. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
