Private parking with permit on request at time of booking. This spacious bright first floor apartment has been fully renovated including kitchen and bathroom . It is in a quiet landscaped cul-de-sac. while being close to transport links. the centre of town is 1 mile and the tram stop is a 5 minute walk Please get in touch if you want to bring your dogs . Leith is very dog friendly .The neighbourhood is residential and a real community . The space The apartment is on the first floor and had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted 3 years ago . The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. It has views of the shared garden and has windows on three sides with outlook to trees, squirrels and grass from each one . The bedrooms have a king size bed and double bed . Bathroom has an L shaped bath with a shower above. There is hot water on demand and heating in every room . There is high speed internet, smart TV where you can log into your amazon or Netflix accounts . Guest access The apartment will be entirely yours, it has a lockbox perfect if you are arriving really late . It has stairs to access the apartment, and is not suitable for babies or young children . Its on the first floor of an eight flat block. If I can accommodate an early check in or checkout I will please let me know at time of booking . Private parking on request, we have a permit but it is not kept at the apartment. let me know when booking if you want to park outside and I will leave it for you Please do not bring bicycles into the apartment, there are council lock ups close . Other things to note We have a Ring security doorbell on the front door. Please do not bring unregistered guests into the property. If your plans change let me know as soon as possible. Guests are not to sleep in the living room, or move furniture . we have have comfortable beds. The cleaner will remove all rubbish at the end of your stay, hot water is on demand if you need extra press the boost .
