Charming house with large garden and conservatory

Charming house in peaceful area with large garden and playground around the corner. The space This is a 110 m2 house with conservatory, terrace and garden. There's a well equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people. The living room has a large dining table for 8 people, two sofas, a fireplace and toys and kitchen for small children. We'll provide baby/child chairs if you need. The conservatory seats 8 people and is a lovely place to have breakfasts and lunch from April to October. The terrace is perfect for dinners on sunny evenings. The second floor has three rooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. One master bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and a toddler bed. A kids room with a single bed (90x200 cm). The third room has a 90 cm bed. We can accomodate up to 4 adults one toddler and an infant. Guest access Let us know beforehand if you want to borrow bikes and we may be able to provide adult and kids bikes up to 10 years old and a child seat.
