The second bedroom is up stairs, in a loft with low ceilings. There is a small outside balcony with stunning views, to enjoy the morning sun, above a small lawn area. Here there is a washing line, if needed and rubbish/recycling is behind the letter box, beside the garage. Below the apartment is the owners private residence. Brewster/Clyde ramp leads directly down to the city. Guest parking available on street, directly outside apartment. Secure bike parking is available on request.
