Double room in a spacious and bright flat in a quiet and leafy green area of Glasgow's Southside. 1 friendly female host in thirties. 10min walk to Shawlands & 15mins on train to Glasgow City Centre. The space 1 double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat, sharing with individual host. The room has an extremely comfortable double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, small desk, desk chair and hairdryer. Guests also have access to the bright & comfortable lounge with smart TV, wifi, Netflix and a selection of books. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a good shower and a bath to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing, fully equipped with bath shelf & candles for a proper zen experience! Guest access Guests can access kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Guests can help themselves to tea, coffee and milk and cook as they please. During your stay Host works 3x days / week in the city and from home 2x days a week in the spare room / office. I’ll be here to welcome you on arrival & get you settled in, and can give advice on the best places to eat, shop, go out and have adventures in and around Glasgow. Other things to note The neighbours in the flat above have young children who are sometimes noisy during the day. It is a quiet neighbourhood and block of flats, so quiet time between 1100-0700 must be adhered to.
