Description
** CHECK OUT OUR OTHER DIGITAL NOMAD-READY LISTINGS IN THE SAME RESIDENCE !! ** We're all about mindful travel. Our guests mean the world to us, and we're passionate about looking out for our local team, and our community. A five minute stroll to downtown. Digital Nomads and remote workers will feel at the right place - with a reliable WIFI and solid workspace, in a space with tons of natural light pouring in through big glass doors, and a kitchen that's ready for your culinary adventures. The space The studio is located on the second floor above the ground-floor lobby, accessible via stairs (no elevator), and has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. We have two set of curtains: one made of linen stopping eyesight but not lighting and another one fully opacifying. The room opens up onto a semi-private terrace with a magnificent view on Wat Preah Prom Rath. The closet has hangers and shelves. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower, separated with a shower curtain. Soap and shampoo are provided. All linens and towels are provided, and changed every week for longer term guests. The kitchenette has a fridge, an electric hotplate, sink, dish drain; basic cutlery and dishes for two, a pot and a frying pan, a coffee press and an electric kettle. The beds are respectively simple size (120 x 200 cm) and double size (140 x 200cm). An iron and ironing board are available on request. Super fast wifi is accessible all around the property. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. The living space has a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table set. A 40’’ TV (with cable access) is above a desk work-space. Guest access The lobby and the rooftop are two common areas of the residence. The rooftop is accessible until 10pm and is a perfect location for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing at the temples of Angkor! Other things to note - If keys happened to be lost or taken away with, I’d have to change the entrance key lock, as burglaries often happen in Cambodia. In that case there would be a charge of $30USD to cover the cost of a new key lock and sets of keys. Therefore I please ask you to be extra-careful with them. - FYI : Some services might be restricted on certain public holidays (Water festival early November, Khmer new year...) - Sometimes, district power cuts or water shortage happen. We have no control over that.
