We can't wait to host you at our centrally located basement apartment, the perfect base for your Tauranga adventure. The space Welcome to our family home's basement flat! Our space offers approximately 70m2 of comfortable and tidy living area, with all the standard facilities you need to feel at home. As a family with school-aged children, we want to be upfront about the fact that we live upstairs, and noise transfer is to be expected during waking hours. While we try our best to keep the noise level to a minimum, kids can have heavy feet! Please also note that the room with two beds does not have an external window, but proper ventilation is provided for your comfort. We offer a carport with a clothesline for drying your clothes, as well as a covered area where you can park your car if you wish. Our laundry facilities are combined with the bathroom and include washing facilities. Our kitchen is equipped with all the standard amenities, including a freestanding oven. Additionally, we have a 42-inch smart TV and fiber Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and connected during your stay. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a fold-out couch in the lounge. We are continuously working on improving our space, so please be aware that there may be some changes from the photos uploaded. Guest access Your space is fully self-contained, featuring a separate access, kitchenette, and bathroom for your convenience and privacy. You can access the directly from the carport, making it easy to come and go as you please.
