Of course seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you outside the condo door. For the adventurous jet ski and parasailing rentals can be found just a short walk to the north of the condo. The trolley stop going northbound to Times Square is just 75 steps from the condo parking lot. Enjoy an evening in Times Square for some great food and a fun night of dancing to some of our very talented local bands. Jump on the trolley southbound and explore Lovers Key State Park. Please note for our guests with allergies this condo is both smoke free and pet free. Per condo association rules this complex can only be rented for a minimum of 14 nights.
