The apartment is located among villas and other estates in a quiet area where the beautiful flowers and well-know "Roses" of Antibes were cultivated before. You will enjoy an effervescent life on the French Riviera and you will relax at a lovely apartment with a nice balcony in a beautiful estate with pool, park and tennis court. The apartment is perfect for a couple, a couple with 1 or 2 children, a couple with a baby. It is not roomy enough to be comfortable with two children and a baby. N.B: Young adults can sleep in the bunk beds too. The upper bed is not for child under 6-year-old. We provide the household linen (bed and bath), a tea towel, shower gel, liquid soap, shampoo, domestic products to clean. Don't forget to bring your pool towels. *** About babies and very young children: *** There are a folding baby cot 60x120cm and a folding stroller. You will bring the baby linen and toilet linen for the baby. You don’t have to fold the bed and strollerat the end of the stay, we will do. There is a rubber ring and floaty armbands for the pool available at the apartment too. *With the folding baby cot* If you have 1 baby needing the baby cot, the baby will sleep in the living room with its parents. Pool, tennis court, tennis table available. Swimming pool available from the beginning of July to the end of August. The closest beach is at 5 min by bus or by car or you can go on foot in 15 min. But there is plenty of other beaches where to go in Antibes and all of them offer different and beautiful viewpoints. La Garoupe beach is with turquoise water and wild seaside with a lovely walk to do. Le Ponteil beach close to the centre town offers a view on the Old Town, just wonderful, la Gravette inside the Old Town and next to the port let you explore the nice little streets of cobblestone and go to the restaurants and typical shops nearby. You can spent whole days there. Many other beaches... You will have to try all of them. Maps available in the studio. Minimarket with everything (bread, vegetables, fruits etc.) and chemist's on foot (at the end of the street). Pizza shop in the street. Supermarket at 11 minutes on foot, 4 min by car or bus. 2 bus stops (one at 150 metres line 10 and another at 500 meters lines 10 and 8) The theme parks (Aquasplash, Antibesland, Adventure's golf etc.) are very close, 10 minutes by car or bus (bus stop to Marineland 150m from the apartment, Line 10). Mall centre "Cap 3000" is 23 min by car or bus. Antibes train station and centre town 8 min by car or bus. Biot train station 5 min by car or bus (about 15 min on foot). Night bus 621 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, bus stop "La Fontonne". Nice airport 17 min by car (12km) or take a Taxi or a Uber, cheaper, from the airport to the apartment, the cost depends on the moment: week - weekend, day - night, ask the driver before getting on board). No private car park in the estate. Free parking in the street or in the streets nearby. Also, you can rent a scooter or a bicycle in town (we can give you some addresses where to rent) and you can park your scooter or bicycle in the secure estate on specific parking spaces. A scooter is very useful to find parking spaces in town or at the beach during the summertime. You can also use the bus lines thanks to the two bus stops very close (one at 1 min by foot and one at the end of the street) to reach the centre town, the beach, the train station etc. Please, no pets, no smoking, no parties. We will send you a message with the way to access, the address and the code to pick up the keys. The check-in is possible between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. You will go to a shop to pick up the keys of the apartment and you will arrive by yourself. The shop is 2,4km from the apartment. Theshop is on your way to the appartment. From the shop, the apartment is at 6 min by car or 10 min by bus,, 26 min by foot. we recommand you to use the bus if you don't have a car or an uber. We will send you the adresse after the booking. The check-out is between 9 a.m and 10 a.m. at the latest. Not after 10 a.m. because a professional person will come to do the cleaning. The day before you leave, thanks for telling us the time you would like to check out. We will give you some instructions. Bed linen and 2 towels per person, a bath mat, a tea towel provided. At the end of your stay, don't wash the linen. The linen will be sent to the laundry. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Travel cot a folding stroller available. Bring your bed linen for baby. Please don't fold and store the bed when leaving.
