We'll send the payment methods as well. Alternatively, parking is available at the mall for 350 PHP. ✅ BUILDING AMENITIES: Viewing Deck: Common view deck areas are located on the 9th and 12th floors. Garden Deck at 1st floor Gym and Game room are now OPEN for use! 100 PHP per hour per guest during the weekdays 150 PHP per hour per guest during the weekend (Price subject to change and confirmation by building administrator). Payment can be settled through the front desk. Game room is closed every Tuesday for regular disinfection (to be confirmed by building administrator). ❗️❗️Please note that our Swimming Pool is currently under construction. For other building's amenities, please send us a message for details and information. Other things to note NETFLIX and Disney Plus is available when you turn on the Projector/TV. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OUT as we will NOT provide the password again for logging in for our credit card privacy. Please read and follow the instructions provided for using the 100" Home Cinema projector. A printed copy of the step-by-step instructions is also available in the living room. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS OF THE PROJECTOR as it is already set up for easier use and access. As mentioned, the instructions are printed and provided for your convenience. - Any damages in the unit, items of furniture, electronics, and stains to beddings and towels will be charged accordingly. - No pets allowed - No smoking or any form anywhere within the building's vicinity- this is subject to condo's penalty - No drinking/bringing of alcohol - No unregistered guest. Every guest must be pre-registered. - No parties allowed - Only light heating is permitted. Please refrain from heating foods with strong smell. The building has sensitive smoke alarm system. A penalty of 1000 PHP will be charged if the alarm is triggered. - Please avoid using the microwave to cook popcorn. The smoke alarm system is highly sensitive and may be triggered by the smoke. - The house slippers are for indoor use only; please do not wear them outside. As per building admin's guidelines, we kindly ask the guests to observe the following: - Please be mindful of designated quiet hours, particularly during the evenings and early mornings. These hours are crucial for residents who may be resting or working from home. - If using common areas such as the gym, or recreational spaces, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially during non-business hours.
