This beautiful loft apartment is located in the heart of Germantown- just 0.3 miles from Otto's Market (groceries and deli), And Universal Cafe. " farm to table global inspired classics." We offer tea & coffee in the loft, parking, yard access, wifi, basic amenities, full kitchen and a smart TV that has a fire stick with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix (no cable). The space The loft (bedroom) has a sloping ceiling; tall people should take extra care and caution! Living room couch will turn into a fold away bed with bedding if needed. Guest access Germantown is the perfect upstate weekend or vacation retreat- a charming, country town right on the Hudson River with incredible Catskill mountain views. We are a 17 minute drive north from the Rhinecliff Train Station and a 15 minute drive south from the Hudson Train Station. 15 minutes from Bard College and the Fisher Center, 30 minutes to Omega Institute. Other things to note Olana State Historic Site and Clermont State Park are less than a 10 minute drive. Both parks have stunning views of the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River with trails for walking or hiking.
