Self contained half of a house

The property is a self contained section of our family home and includes a sitting room, basic kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double room (with space for cot) and one single room. The house, formerly 2 cottages, is situated in a large garden that you are welcome to use with trampoline and swings and climbing frame for younger children. There are spaces for outside eating. We are close to local beaches - Prussia Cove, Praa Sands and Marazion and 6 miles from Penzance and Porthleven. The space Set in a lovely garden with places to sit and relax, eat outside and for young children to play. The property is half of our house. We have a dog and 2 cats. Before renting each year and throughout the season we do a deep clean and then keep the animals out of the sitting room. The bedrooms are generally animal free but someone with severe allergies may struggle Guest access You're welcome to share the garden but please keep off the flower beds. No ball games. Trampoline for all kids but swings for smaller children Other things to note We have a large (very friendly) dog who also enjoys the garden. If you are nervous of dogs let us know and we’ll try and make sure he isn’t out alone when you are there. There are also cats around but they tend to be more elusive.
