1-bedroom in cosy house in the center of Waterloo

One large bedroom in a fully refurbished, stylish and cosy home with small garden. Ideally located in the center of Waterloo, nearby all facilities (restaurants, movies, shops at 5 min' walk, Waterloo Office park is at walking distance). The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a desk and dedicated space in wardrobe. The main bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, and the toilets, are shared with the owner. During summertime, you can enjoy the garden (shared with owner). The space Upon arrival, I always provide water, a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle in your room (coffee caps and tea provided). Breakfast can be prepared at some dates at a surcharge of 6 € per person. Breakfast will be served in the kitchen or on the terrace when the weather permits. Whenever I cannot provide breakfast, the "Pain Quotidien" is a 5-minutes walk. They serve lovely breakfasts ! At some dates, a second bedroom is available, suitable for families only with maximum 2 children of 8 years or more. When combined with the main bedroom, the price for this second room is 25€. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom (keys provided) and shared bathroom. During summer, guests have access to a part of the garden (shared with the occupants). Cooking is not allowed, however, we have plenty of nice restaurants at 5' minutes walk from home or many delivery options. During your stay At the beginning of you stay, I will welcome you and give you more information on our region, places to visit, restaurants, etc. In function of your arrival time, I can pick you up at the Waterloo train station (15 minutes from Midi Station and 5 minutes from our home). Other things to note We have a very nice and friendly cat, mostly living outside.
