We very close to Old South Gaylord St, DU/University of Denver, Cherry Creek Mall and shops. We are only about 3 miles from Old South Pearl St which has many shops and restaurants as well. The space Comfortable living room with gas fireplace. One large skylight in the living room. Other skylight in the first floor bedroom and bathroom. Another large one in the sunroom. The kitchen overlooks the sun room and the dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. One bedroom with queen bed is on the main level, has a walk in closet and is adjacent to the main level bathroom. The master bedroom with king bed is on the lower level, has a walk in closet and a pull out couch. The lower level has a work space and laundry room. The back yard has a patio area that is used in the summer months. (Please note that outdoor furniture is not available in winter months.) A grill is accessible any time, weather permitting. The front porch is a nice place be in the summer months. It's fun watching all the walkers, joggers, doggies and families enjoying the park. Other things to note Getting from/to Denver International Airport (DIA): Cab fare is about $65 from/to DIA and takes about 40 minutes.
