Spacious basement with 1 BR, full bath, kitchen

We are 20 minutes driving distance from downtown minneapolis and St Paul. We are close to a park and ride to take the bus downtown if you would prefer! We have beautiful parks and hiking trails with in walking distance and we with in 30 minutes or less of several lakes and parks, including Como Zoo! We have a full kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Comfy and cozy recliner and rocker couch with a big screen smart tv to stream your favorite tv shows! Private bed and bath! The space This rental includes over 1000ft finished space in a lookout basement. The home was built in 2020, so all amenities are brand new. One bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and large closet. The space includes a private full bath. A separate bedroom has workout space, including a treadmill and weight bench. The living room has a large couch with recliners/rockers, as well as an 84” 4k TV and Dolby Atmos 9.1 surround sound. The attached kitchenette includes oven, fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. One garage stall is also included and provides semi-private entrance. Shared space includes a half bath and laundry upstairs and garage. An outdoor grill and fire pit are available for use. There is an office off the living area that we use for work 2-3 times per week. We will occasionally need access to the utility room that is off the living area as well as the chest freezer that is also located in the basement. Our neighborhood includes easy access to hundreds of miles of bike, hike, and cross country ski trails, a private riverside park and dock. Guest access You can access the fire pit outside in the back yard, Garage, entire basement minus the office, and the upstairs hallway that includes a front hall closet, laundry room, and half bathroom. During your stay We are happy to chat with you and spend time with you, but will respect your privacy if you prefer to stay to yourselves. We are available to provide advice on local amenities and attractions. Happy to join in a board game, hike or run. Let us know what your needs are! Other things to note Entire basement is private. The only exception is that the hosts may need to access the utility room if any issues occur, the basement freezer, and a closed off office on an occasional weekday.
