Enjoy the inviting front porch and half acre park-like, fully fenced backyard. The main bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, double vanity and oversized shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, full bath with tub/shower. It is important to note this is my personal home I am offering while I am away. This is not a "Rental Property". I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I have my home professionally cleaned before every guest arrives. If there is anything I can do to make your stay not only good--but exemplary, please let me know. The East Lake Tour Championship is an easy 20 minute walk or 5 min drive (.9 miles). The backyard features 2 patio areas, one with a teak dining table that seats 6 and a commercial FireMagic Gas Grill. There is an additional large patio area with fire pit/table and seating for 8 with outdoor blue tooth stereo and granite side table that opens to an expansive grassy yard. Firewood is available. This meticulously clean home includes central heat & air, 2 air purifiers, high quality linens and high efficiency washer & dryer. The living room includes a 55 inch smart TV. High Speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave and all the essentials. Oakhurst village is a 10 min walk and offers you multiple restaurants, a brewery and coffee shop. There is a lovely grocery, Oakhurst Market, with a nice beer & wine selection and yummy premade items (the pimento cheese dip is awesome). Older guest reviews (prior to 2022) are from people who rented a private room and bath within my home. As of Nov 2022 I began offering my full home on AirBnB for select periods of time. Please have respect for quiet time after 10pm. For security, there is a Ring camera at the front door, and back door
