Can we check in earlier? If the apartment is available, this is not a problem. We can only confirm this with you a day before your check in. To guarantee an early check in, you may book a day in advance. 2. Can we check out later? We can extend our check out by an hour in certain cases. This is the max extension we can give to give us time for our next check in. We also don’t have half day rates. 3. Do you have parking? There’s a parking facility in front of the Building that rents on an hourly basis. A 24-hour parking approximately comes out to P840. There is also a private parking spaces for rent in the Building for 500/day subject to availability. This can only be confirmed on your check in date. 4. Can we pay outside of Airbnb? Can we pay in cash, or Gcash? We do all of our bookings in Airbnb for security and convenience, both for us and our guests. Airbnb only accepts credit cards and debit cards. If you don’t have a credit card, you may have the apartment booked by another person. Just coordinate this with us well. 5. Where can we park? Street parking is free during weekends and at night, and for a fee during off hours during weekdays. There are also public pay Parkings nearby at Greenbelt Mall. 6. How far is the apartment to Greenbelt Mall and other establishments? Not far at all. Greenbelt is only 2 minutes by foot from the building. Laundromats, ATMs and restaurants are just around the vicinity. You can also jog around the area or at the park just 2 minutes away from the building as well.
