Ideal house for those looking for rest, nature and comfort. With spectacular views and surrounded by mountain landscapes, it is located in Punto Claro, an exclusive property on the shores of Lake Los Molinos, in the Calamuchita Valley. Our house is the perfect place for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the area, afternoons in the pool, nature walks and relax in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The space "Los Cardales" is a bright and spacious loft-style house, designed to enjoy a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. At the heart of the house is a large living-dining room, ideal for relaxing and sharing unforgettable moments with friends. The built-in kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the park. On the ground floor, adjacent to the main space, there is a space with two single beds and a second bathroom, providing comfort to all guests. Upstairs, you will find a double bed with a balcony overlooking the main area of the house and access to an outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying the mountain views. The house has: Linens, towels and towels (no replacement during the stay). Cold-heat air-conditioning WiFi (signal is usually weak as the house is surrounded by mountain laces, not enough for those who need Internet to work). Smart TV Private parking for two vehicles. To get to the "Punto Claro" private neighborhood, you have to travel a 2 km dirt road from Route 5, until you find the entrance guard, so it is essential to have a vehicle since the distances are quite long. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside of the house is also not allowed. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay longer, it is subject to availability and at an extra cost. Guest access Guests can enjoy a beautiful gallery equipped with a barbecue and Chilean wood oven, perfect for preparing roasts and outdoor picadas. They also have exclusive access to the private pool (no protective fence for children). You can take a walk to the boat ramp, a perfect spot to watch the sunset overlooking the lake. For wine lovers, 1 km away is Finca Furfaro, whose boutique winery and vineyards can be visited, an excellent option to enjoy. Other things to note Nearby places: - 10 min by car is Villa Ciudad Parque, a town that has small shops, pantries, and restaurants. - Los Reartes is a 15-minute drive away, a historic village to explore, with outstanding still lifes of meats and typical dishes. - Villa Gral Belgrano 20 minutes away, it is the largest and most touristic villa in the area, with a unique gastronomic offer, with typical dishes such as fondue, goulash with spaetzle and wood-fired meats. - La Cumbrecita that is a 50-minute drive. It is a pedestrian town with a strong German imprint, with trails surrounded by forest, waterfalls and incredible views - Cerro Champaquí: For the more adventurous, a trekking excursion to the highest point of Córdoba, with imposing landscapes - Yacanto, IntiYaco: Small mountain villages with incredible views and dining options and tea houses.
