The large furnished bedroom with sofa bed, ample closet space, table, chairs and armchairs, is well suited to rest, reading, work or meditation. There is also TV and free wi-fi connection. Fresh sheets & towels, soap & shampoo await you in this restful, non-smoking environment. Kitchen is provided with refrigerator, washing machine, hot plates, and microwave oven. If you need accommodations for three guests, the bedroom is large enough. A teen or third adult can sleep on a single bed which we are glad to provide. Additional towels are available at a small cost, as listed in the "Details" window. PRICING:Low season runs from November 1st through March 31st. High season begins on April 1st and ends October 31st. There is no extra charge for an infant if he or she doesn't need the single bed and extra towels. Located on the ground floor of a picturesque building dating back to 1927, the apt has lots of charm. The kitchen/dining area is available for breakfast and snacks, but if you wish you may cook other meals as well. The neighborhood is centrally located and safe - a few blocks to hop on the bus and get to downtown Roma in 20 minutes. Underground train station is about 10 minutes by bus. No need for a car, but there is ample parking space in front. Supermarket, coffee bars, drugstores, cinema/movies are all found in the neighborhood. Other things to note Owners, Iole e Sandro and their son Raffaele live in the same house, upstairs.
