The house has a double bedroom with a single bed, with a shared bathroom, a bedroom with 4 single beds and a private bathroom, and a bedroom with 3 bunk beds. In common there is a reading room, a breakfast room with a large fireplace, a large terrace, a garden and a barbecue area. On the edge of a magnificent village in the heart of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, all around forests, streams and waterfalls, beyond the forests remarkable peaks... Ideal for rest, excursions, events. Guest access All guests can enjoy all the common areas of the house: balconies equipped with chairs; reading room with books and games, sofa and armchair; living room with fireplace, tables, chairs and sofas, piano and guitar; outdoor patio with sofa, hammock, table and chairs; garden with deckchairs and hammocks, balls, rackets, ping pong; covered barbecue area with tables and benches. During your stay The house is my home, I have a reserved space and I live here, I share the common areas with guests, so I am always available for every need, while taking care of my daily activities.
